Sisley is the pinnacle of artisanal technical skill this season. Taking nearly 5 days to complete a single hat, each circular disc detailing the brim is individually crocheted and attached separately by hand. With a contemporary fedora crown and wide, wavy brim, Sisley offers a sophisticated relaxed look, suited to any occasion.

Styles can be adjusted with either a hand rolled raffia string around the crown or inner band and tie. You can expect to reduce the size by 1 - 2cm*.

Your hat size can be determined by wrapping a measuring tape around your head (over the central forehead area, just above your ears), mimicking the natural position of where a hat would sit.

100% RAFFIA
Seamlessly hand crocheted from high-quality Madagascan raffia. This material is innately pliant, supple and offers a natural water resistance which delivers a durable resilience to prevent cracking and brittleness over time. Created by a multi-step process that combines technology with traditional methods, raffia is first hand selected before being dyed and hand crocheted. There are in excess of 18,000 expertly formed stitches, no seams, and no visible knots or joins. Small fly away fibres can simply be trimmed causing no structural damage to the style. We do not recommend allowing a style to be submerged in water. To clean, do not use any harsh chemical or dry clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. You can also lightly steam to re-shape the style when needed. Variations in Raffia Crochet styles are an indication of the unique and authentic character of each handmade piece.
