Helen Kaminski delivers within Australia using a 'Signature upon Delivery service. Please enter a delivery address where someone will be able to accept delivery of your purchase. If no one is present at the premises, a card will be left and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for pick up.
Due to company policy, any orders shipping to a freight forwarding company will be canceled and refunded.
You can usually expect delivery within 2 - 4 business days, however, deliveries to country and/or remote areas may take longer*.
You can usually expect delivery within 1 - 3 business days within Australian capital cities. All Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas should be delivered within the next business day*.
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand. For other international destinations please shop at your local Helen Kaminski e-store.
Upon arrival to the destination country, the parcels are distributed by the local postal services. Occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if an order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
