Returns Policy

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Helen Kaminski Australia is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all products sold by helenkaminksi.com.au given the following conditions are met.

• Item/s must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
• Item/s are unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags attached
• Items are returned with the original invoice

We will process your return upon receipt of the goods and issue your refund promptly. Please allow 3 – 7 working days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment. Orders returned after 20 days of receipt are not eligible for a full refund. Merchandise credit will be given if you do choose to return it, provided all the return policy conditions are met and has not exceeded beyond 90 days of receipt.

Return postage costs will be at your expense. We highly recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns as we are not liable for any losses or damages to the product during this delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless the item is faulty*.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn.

Alternatively, you may return the good/s to the Helen Kaminski QVB flagship store for an exchange or credit note, for full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, the store is unable to process refunds.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, simply return the original item with the original invoice and packaging to our Head office. A new order can be placed through helenkaminski.com.au at any time or you can contact us to place an order via our Customer Service Team. We will process a refund upon receipt of the original item.

NOTE: All returns and exchanges are reviewed. We do not process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased at helenkaminski.com.au.

 

IN STORE RETURNS

The Helen Kaminski QVB flagship store will offer an exchange or credit note for full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met; 

• Original receipt from QVB or helenkaminski.com.au is provided
• The item is unworn, undamaged and has original packaging and tags attached
• Gift with purchase items must also be returned
• Credit note is valid in store and online for 6 months from date of issue
